When you send a request, we process your contact details, service address, date and practical information to answer your request, prepare a quotation and organise the service if accepted.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep requests for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, unless an accepted quote or legal obligation requires longer.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability via info@wisamladderlift.be. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
