Request and quotation

The form, a call or WhatsApp is a request for availability and not a final booking. A contract exists only after Ladderlift Wisam expressly confirms the date, time slot, price and service conditions.

Information and access

The customer provides correct information about the address, floors, items, access and parking. Difficulties or missing information may affect feasibility, duration or price.

Prices and payment

Displayed prices are guide prices excluding VAT. The applicable price and any additional costs are those stated in the accepted quotation or confirmation.
